    Just the outside bearings had some very slight rust. I wet sanded it off, they roll like new. Going to replace them all next year with a complete axle teardown anyway.

    About 15 hours, however, this was my first time, and an extreme case. Lugnuts frozen, etc, etc. If I had to do THIS job again, I could do it in 8. If it was a normal job, probably 4-6 hours.

    There was about half a gallon of clean water, and just some slightly nasty foamy oil. I filled it up with some good oil today and put some miles on it to clean it out. Going to drain and refill again tomorrow.

    I moved it all of 100 feet :) Had some slight surface rust on the outer races and bearings. Wet sanded it and cleaned. I'm going to replace them all soon but these should be fine for now.

    Had several failed attempts to get it out, as well as it raining several times. As stated before, the wheels were almost completely below grade, so the silt/mud filled in all open spaces as it filled in the hole.

    Well most of you will remember my truck was below grade for a few months. Well I got out Saturday to check the wheel bearings before the LA Rally...
