The drive wasn't long but the trip was an all day affair. We took it slow with lots of stops to check out the truck. On 71 I was probably doing about 50 most of the time but if I wanted to I could get up to 55 with no grade. Forget about it up hills.

Thank you for all of the replies! Before Wednesday I had never driven a deuce but I think I like it! The only thing that really surprised me was exactly how difficult it is without power steering. I may have to consider that upgrade but it will definitely be after changing all fluids, filters...
