    Jason, If the engine doesn't turn by hand completely (a 360* turn) then she's locked. The only solution is to remove the injector and give her another turn to flush out the fuel. Sometimes removing the head is needed. However, I believe with the come-a-part (read trucker's term for Cummins)...
