    Wow, that's stunning ignorance! If I were a mechanic and didn't know, I'd refer the customer to the engine manufacturer's website, or the oil website. When you order oil, make sure it's not just single weight, but that it has the correct rating... it should be CF-2 (the "-2" is for 2-cycle)...
