Not sure, but I would guess it is in the $2-4k range for all the hydromax parts. Also needed would be a hydraulic pump off of the old 5ton lds engines.

Honestly I’m not sure if the priority valve will solve your current issue, in fact I suspect it won’t, but figured I’d mention it anyway. I’d recommend pm’ing someone like gringeltaube or rustystud.
You probably know this from the TM diagrams, but the dual circuit trucks have a priority valve on the drivers side frame rail (Bendix 278614 DC4). Both airpacks have an air line going to the priority valve and from it a single airline goes to the gladhand.

Yes, you can use air-brake hose to connect the remote reservoir to the master cylinder.

I cant say for sure, but i believe either will work. Since its a dual circuit system, its essentially 2 seperate brake systems that share the same fluid reservoir.

I agree that a weldment is likely the best way to make this in the safest fashion for the lowest cost and in the low quantities that realistically would be needed. A 3d printed jig is a great idea and having the printed bracket will let you verify that everything important lines up right.
