It's running better all the time. I warmed her up good and changed the oil today.
Now I need to change the glow plugs and controller.
There is a very small drain on the batteries, they will discharge over night.
Then fuel filter, Doghead relay, .........................and on and on...
Ok back on track...........................I have a few more pics. The batteries went dead on my camera, and had to go back to work.
As you can see she's in real nice condition. Looking like a new dash pad and some cab corners will take care of the cab body work. And a new windshield.
We both need to post some up. I start work before first light and get home well after sunset,I hope to have a short day Tuesday. Maybe get some pics!

She is solid, but suffers from a ether hangover. I learned for a long flat tow you should remove rear drive shaft. The transfer case got reeeeeeeal hot. Nothing broken (I hope). She pulled real nice,hardly new I was pulling anything.
Well the plan is.................... flat tow her home, 300 mi. round trip.
First. Prep the recovery vehicle, load necessary tools and all that. Need to install that new fuel tank, like it or not. And drew blood, what good recovery doesn't!
