I know for a fact that in the state of Kansas ANYTHING but green diesel fuel in your tank gets you a court date and a HEFTY fine. Because anything except green diesel fuel means you didn't pay the tax on it. BUT you can get a fuel blenders permit and make your own diesel. you can keep records...- davesgmc
