NEVER, I repeat NEVER let a WANTA BE weatherman forecast the weather because I was told "The rain will be moving out by 1:00 pm" what the wanta be weatherman failed to say was where the rain was going to move out from, BECAUSE it sure did NOT move out from the LME erection site, in fact it MOVED...
