All fixed it was the wrong cover on the glad hand silly me! Thanks!!!

I think you hit it on the head. I did replace the glad hands with disregard for a vent hole. I'll check it out tomorrow morning. thanks

A little more checking and it looks like the rear brakes are responding correctly. I removed the blue caps on the brake aviators and can see them move. There is no way that I can see to check if the front are moving correctly.
