    In-Line Coolant Heater Location?

My truck has impressed me on how fast it starts! I mean I bump the starter and it takes off. No need to turn over more then once it seems to start. Nothing else I own starts that easy and not complaining either!! I believe the 2400 miles on the speedometer no wear in to many places. Had a brake...

    In-Line Coolant Heater Location?

Last test ran the 1,000 watt block heater for only 1 hour and it started OK sorta but smoked some and missed a little. Not even like when I did not use it! It is 23 degrees and been that way all night. 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours would be better and I know 2 hours is more then enough for a clean nice...

    In-Line Coolant Heater Location?

Test went great using the 1,000 watt block heater #3500015 for only 2 hours. Last night was low 20's to 31 degrees when I plugged it in this morning. It fired right off NO SMOKE at all, like it was 70 outside!! I used a IR Heat Tempiture Gun 6-10 inches above the block heater was 70+ in the...

    In-Line Coolant Heater Location?

Got my Block Heater today and put it in. Easy job brought the plug out to the front bumper. No leaks and ran the engine till warm for a while to get any air out. Smoked a bunch at first being 27 degrees but not like a freight train. Fluid good to -42 below zero so good for our zone of -12 to -15...

    In-Line Coolant Heater Location?

Haven't received the Block Heater yet in the mail. Did get my side mirrors and put them on. Changed the 2 Side Mirror's on the truck to new better ones. Added separate 6" Round curved blind spot ones just below the big one on each side. Don't want to run over a car in my "Blind Spot" anymore!

    In-Line Coolant Heater Location?

My John Deere Diesel Tractor is never plugged in and starts great. I run synthetic oil in it. With out, the battery would not spin the engine very well and oil pressure light would stay on! Changed oil type solved having to heat the engine.

    In-Line Coolant Heater Location?

I have a 300 watt Oil Pan Heater that magnetically sticks to the pan. I could do both for a couple hours before starting the engine when 32 and lower. Is this the engine block heater spot the freeze plug is removed? Just below the Exhaust Turbo?

    In-Line Coolant Heater Location?

OK You talked me into it there goes another $100.00 with shipping! 1,000 watt unit should do the job quick. I still need to change the Either Tank on it for those quick starts during winter. I just hope it dose not leak on me later and blow out.
