As I see it FMVSS should not be an issue if its over 25 years old.

I had to go look for this. It is actually on the Virginia DMV webpage. There is no way they can legally refuse you I don't believe. (as long as its over 25 years old)

So why not just find out who the email is from and show them the relevant info regarding FMVSS and the Military standards? Heck if nothing else take a print out showing FMVSS not relevant for vehicles over 25 years old.

Its been awhile since I lived there but I believe its every year.

Show the representatives and state police the letter exempting MV's from FMVSS....

I was just thinking Wisconsin had several changes after it was approved; you may as well get a similar "final product" from the beginning. Also might benefit to try and get SEMA pushing since they are already involved to get a nationwide push and just be done with it if it passed for everybody.

Have you guys looked at Wisconsin's bill or talked to Undysworld for additional info yet?
