Completed installation of all pintle hook parts. What a pain in the pahtooty! Fortunately my hardware was sufficien..didn't have to buy any bolts. Gonna have to find the darn drill bit sharpener. Dulled every one of my 1/2 inch bits building the cross bar that runs across under the pintle...

Do you still have the plate installed under the tank? For that matter is the Pintle hook nightmare still installed? If so, I felt your pain. All my chaffing strips fell apart as well and had to get new ones. Thankfully NAPA has sheets of gasket material that is the exact length...
