Got my tranny 99% finished. IPM calls out for a washer under the castellated nut on the output. Mine did not have one so tomorrow I'll make a NAPA run and get that and some lube. Then bolt the top down. Leaving the jack shaft off until I can get the engine mostly finished.

Yep they both got bigger before they got smaller! I did end up welding a patch over the large hole after I removed some of the rusted this metal. That was a new experience for me. Trying to make a patch from 16ga with a double curve. Got both done with decent welds. Almost getting good at...

Also make sure where they are made or what size the bleed screw is. I just replaced all six of mine and when it came to bleeding it is royal pain in the arse. The bleed screws are metric. Requiring a 12 mm wrench. The increased size of the screw makes it very difficult to get the wrench on and...
