Just fitted my LMC headlight harness.Took a hour to do.Oh and guess where it's made...you got it Taiwan and the rear axle bump stops i ordered.

Recieved my Th 400 rebuild kit today from your side of the pond.Jeez i am going to be a busy chap soon.New IP and injectors and rebuild the tranny.

Recieved 2 new door mirrors and some grill trim and guess what....Made in Taiwan.Aint nothing made in the States any more???..lol

Remanufactered IP pump and Injectors arrived the other day from your side of the pond.Now all i need is warmer weather to fit them.

Ripped out a nearly new set of bosch glowplugs(had to cycle twice to start) for a new set of 60G's (only need to cycle once now):-D

Repaired my my fuel filler cap flap.The bottom hole on the flap rusted away causing the flap to hang.Removed the complete flap,welded a piece of plate on it,filled it flat and redrilled the hole.Job done.

Just rebuilt the passenger side altenator.Now that's both done.

Rebuilt one of my altenators.The drivers side.Apart from the new Voltage reg being faulty...no probs

Whipped out me Wellmans(5 were still good) and fitted a set of Bosch.Fitted new temp sender for the glow plugs.

Replaced the whole rear load bay floor and tail pan.Anyone know which hump the rear or the spare wheel carrier bolts to???? 2nd or 3rd hump or is it in one of the valleys.Can't see from my old floor as it's all rusted away.

Well,all me parts have arrived........Complete rear load bay floor(in 3 parts),the rear body cross member(where the tailgate bolts into) and the fuel filler cover(inside).Guess what...the only part not made in Taiwan is the filler cover.That was a gen GM part.Soon be time to get the welder...

Slipped on a full set of Runway Enduro A/T's.The 2nd set in 6 years.Next job is to replace the complete load bay floor and tail pan.

Had my radiator re-cored............cost! £444.00.That's $692 for you people that side of the pond.A brand new one from Germany would have cost me £445 + shipping.From the states i dread to think what it would have cost me.

Fitted new rear shackles on the rear springs.The inside parts of both shackles had rusted away.Oh and a rear prop UJ.

New front brake pads,oil change and new filter.Oh and new rear propshaft rear UJ.

At last finished the paint job..even the trailer.

Did this on Sunday.Still not sure about the paint job though.

Refurbished my lightbar.New lightbar track,new clear domes and red filters on the rotators.Oh and i bought paint for the new 4 colour camo paint job.

I must get some new weapons mounts. I just need the bottoms not the top clamps.But all the ones i seen on line are the complete things.
