002 or 003 for 3.5 Ton A/C Unit?

002a will not work for that application. something like 26 amps max on 220. Typical AC or heat pump requires 30-40 amps starting power. All this has probably been said earlier in this thread but I'm tired and only cherry picked the latest post.
