I took the Deuce on a 100 mile road trip today, ran good but my oil psi was low when I would come to a stop around 10psi running down the rod it was around 40psi

You might want to make sure that you have a pressure transmitter that matches the gauge ie.
if you have a 0-120 psi gauge make sure you have a 120 psi transmitter. Fairly easy to check look at other posts regarding this. There are 0-60 gauges and 60psi transmitters. Mixing the two can cause wrong readings.

Try cleaning the transmitter it might help as well getting better readings.

It's probably also worth mentioning that pressurized lubrication doesn't mean what it used to mean. Back in the day, 5 PSI to the main bearings at idle was regarded as sufficient. Supply volumes have gradually crept up as engineers had to deal with lower maximum weights and higher area loadings on bearing surfaces. The multifuel is an old engine design, so it pretty much just wants oil moving through the pump at idle to keep the bearings wet.
