11:00x20 NDCC Tires

I have ten NDCC 11:00x20 tires extra in Texas. Three are 90% and the remainder are used from real good to so so.

How come all the good stuff is for sale in Texas, Wisconsin or the Left Coast?
Guess I shouldn't complain too loudly, we do have Pennsylvania and its multiple places of Green Iron...
