I have been looking at the 1165a1 and am wondering what is beeing removed that goes here? You can see two holes that something is being cut/torched off....any info would be great

It looks as if you're missing the washer fluid nozzle, but I'm not sure what you're looking at.

That is where the armor was bolted. Those bolts have nuts on the back that are hard to reach. There are 3 bolts with nuts there. The rest across under the windshield use rivnuts.
The washer nozzles were attached to the armor.
