I'm installing the battery relocation accessory kit in my M923 (relocates batts from under the pass seat to the toolbox location).
For several M900 variants, it calls for a "12-VOLT CIRCUIT BREAKER ACCESSORY KIT" Part No. 57K3611 and it is not included in the relocation kit. It goes on the 12 volt leg of the heater circuit. I need one. I've done all my searching (here and google, etc.) and cannot find one. Can someone point me to a source OR AT LEAST a part number for the 12 volt circuit breaker? I didn't know the normal MV waterproof circuit breakers came in a 12 volt configuration. I can make up the wiring from the pictures in the instructions. I just need the circuit breaker. I have found reference to the breaker kit (NSN 2290-01-475-9450, again 57K3611), but no parts breakdown so I can find a number for the breaker. Any help is appreciated.
I did check out the P to P program and its interesting that the 24V side of the heater is breaker-ed but the 12v side is not. However, based on the rewiring I need to do for relocating the batts (in the kit) i **guess** I can see why they want the 12v side breaker-ed. The wiring lengths get much longer and wiggle all over h&ll now so I suppose they want to stop a fire.
