14 Bolt Spring Perch measurement...

Can someone please refresh my memory...I know the 3/4 ton 14 Bolt rear ends have a wider spacing on the spring perchs as opposed to the 1 ton.

1 Tons being 40 1/2" and the 3/4 tons being 42 1/2".

Are they measured center to center?
