Hello all; two quick questions for those with all the knowledge out there: Are there any issues with mounting 15.5/80R20 Michelin XL Military Tire on a M35A3 combat (11"x20") tubeless 2 piece (O-ring installed) rim for my M35A2? Also, will that fit up on the M105A2 trailer?
Thanks, Steve

Same issues as with 395s, they are not made to go on MPT rims. Will they go on the rims? yes. Will it look ok? not in my opinion .

Check with MikeW on here. He has done it and used 5 ton beadlock inserts.

I did it with 395s. No complaints at all. It may look like the bead fits a little funny because it is for a diffrent type of tire, but theres plenty of bead seating area IMO. Also with a beadlock your extra covered. Ive mounted 395s and 16 R20s with A3 combat wheels with great results. and I havent tried to mount any on the trailer but I assume it should fit.

Has anyone put 15.5 80R20's on a M35A2 ??? Problems??? I have stock 20.00x 9.00 rubber on it now. the rims are stamped 20.00x7.50. I own 4 15.5 80R20 tires and I am wondering if they will fit? Do I have too get new rims or can I use the stock rims? What size tube should be used? Are there travel clearance issues? Give a guy a hand before I mess things up. I love the truck but it needs more top end and some more traction in the woods.
