Good day: 15KW TQG info all I needed for 20 years. Was designed for small 3 phase uses. Requires a bit of work to work on today's high electrical use homes that are 120/240VAC instead of changing to a 3 phase house entrance because of heat pumps and electrical heating.
Issues: faulty fuel, so use clean DF2. Fan belt stretches. causes squealing. Oil filter mounting, injector pump and solenoid issues, K1, Mag Pickup and A5 issues. Voltage regulator issues. Load terminal issues. Once in order, this gen will serve you well. Service it.
For those who do not know about how the Army TM's are laid out:
1. LO is the Lubrication order. It tells you when, how and with what, about how to service the Equipment.
2. TM is for Technical Manuals
2a. TM's ending in -12 are the Operators Manual. A must read before trying to operate the Equipment
2b. TM's ending in -24 are the Unit, Direct Support and General Support Maintenance Manuals.
3c. TM's ending in -24P are the Repair Parts Listing for the Unit, Direct Support and General Support Maintenance Manuals.
Thanks to members @juanprado , @kloppk , and anyone else who I might have forgotten for some of this information.
