Hello members, i am new to this site, and would like to adk you all your opinions on what would be the easiest and most affordable swap into this little beauty. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

the easiest by far is to rebuild or replace your stock motor. I recently did a complete rebuild of my own M37's motor with of course the help of an experienced machine shop. Runs great. Do you have a motor that can be resurrected?
