I had a friend point out the the front bumper is upside down for the winch option. It appears (I think) that someone added the winch and wound it from the bottom if that makes sense. I know very little about this but when I look at the winch side guide brackets and pictures on line this makes sense.

He is right. But the winch is very much properly installed otherwise. Does the main data plate in the cab say “WITH WINCH”?

No, I see no mention of winch. To your point, it is a good install. All of the bolts appear to be correct and are the same. So, not an issue for me, just thought I'd mention.

One sweet tractor.

You can pull any assortment of trailers now, not stuck with just one bed.

Keep 10W oil in the trans, not ATF sez the gurus of the early Hydramatic.

Gotta love the race gate shifter and starter handle!

The winch essentially having hydraulic drive is a treat, too!

That Jimmy 302 is a beautiful motor, lots of grunt.

She's gorgeous! Congratulations.

Now, um, what about the 151's and other goodies? Any indication he might sell others off? Green metal disease addicts want to know. Mansfield is only about 4.5 hours straight North for me...

Unrelated question for the group, will two demilled 151 halves fit stacked in the bed of a HMMWV?
