1968 M-54 brake problems WILD THING GUN TRUCK

We put new Hydrovac can't get any brakes. Did have a about 2 inches from the floor , been bleeding them did get air but no brakes. Only been 44 year since I put one on in Vietnam . Any help would be appreciated

Thanks to both of you for the reply's .It's **** getting old as many times over the last ten years we have replaced wheel cylinders,a master cylinder bleed the the brakes. Three of us didn't remember the bleeder on the master cylinder. Thanks for helping three old guys with CRS. Till later Randy
