This is my frist CUCV and I've read everything on SS on the M1008. I'm confused though, My M1008 has a 208 and A 10 Bolt front diff with a 14Bolt rear and everywhere I look it says that my truck should have a Dana 60. Is mine just an odd ball or did some lucky guy steal the 60 before I got to her?
Any feed back would be awsome. Thank you.

Doesn't the diff cover an a Dana 60 have 10 bolts too? If the Dana 60 was changed for a half ton GM 10 bolt wouldn't the rims have less then 8 lug nuts holding them on?

As mentioned already the NP208 is the normal transfer case. The NP205 was used but only in a couple models of CUCV's.
