I believe the labeling is all done with stencils and contrasting paint. There is a vendor here in classifieds that has some oil board stencil sets for sale. If your vehicle isn't listed I believe he will cut you a custom set.

It's standard automotive push on channel door strip. Nothing special or military specific.

Buy the seal and rebuild the pump. There is a thread with the part numbers and description of how to do it.
