can anyone please let me know where to get a tm for parts and lists for a 1997 hmmt with crane,some hyd.lines are missing and i need to get this back to operational.any help is much needed and appreciated.

Simplest solution might be to print out a JIC fitting ID chart and back into the hose configurations you need. Then head over to your local hydraulic hose shop.
