1998 M1079 - Dash display inop

I just happen to see an M1079 come up for auction.. It would appear the warning light panel lights are inop.. and if you look closely it looks like the alternator isn't charging. Any thoughts on what might be going on? It did seem to start well..

I have seen three main causes of the light panel not working:

1) bad solder connections on the relay panel.
2) wires disconnected on the relay panel when they removed stuff they weren't going to surplus
3) bad light panel

I am sure there are other reasons. These are just the three I have personally seen. All three are pretty easy to fix.
