So for the record. We have Progressive (liability), American Collectors, & State Farm in Kerrville - for insuring sub 20 year old military Hmmwv trucks in Texas.

I have 3 trucks with Progressive through an independent agent. It certainly seems there are few choices? On average around $400 yr per truck for commercial liability. Tractor's are twice as high because they assume you will be pulling a trailer.

I just got coverage on a 2008 HMMWV through J C Taylor with a 13K stated value and 300/300K on the liability for around $325.
I pay about twice that amount for my 1992 HMMWV with the same liability and a stated value of 25K with Hagerty
Hagerty does not seem too concerned with annual mileage while JCT seems to be obsessed with it, IIRC they were talking under 2.5K a year, basically echoing the Texas restrictions for classic and former military plates, to and from shows etc...
But I just got the JCT so I could send it to auction and be covered which they said it would be so I will only have a couple weeks on that policy when it is canceled
