After years of waiting and hoping to find that variant that meets my wish list. And doing my research on who and were I'm going to get it from. I'm finally getting my 65A1 in a few weeks. Here are some pictures...

M1165A1 before S.N. 300xxx has Sheppard steering box and big Idler / pitman arm and link. and the rest is the same as earlier turbo trucks.
S.N. 300xxx and above have heavy duty frame, wilwood brakes, bigger transfer case with radiator cooling, along with rear diff...and sheppard steering system, and Geared fan drive instead of Hyd. fan clutch.

serial number: 257714....pre 300000, may have been upgraded beyond....pics of engine bay, front and rear brakes, etc, etc...would be great. Does it have the 400 amp alternator?...those things are huge.! Also that has what appears to be a soft top b-pillar.

I may be wrong, but I honestly am questioning that data tag. That truck doesn't look like it it has been up-armored or is even up-armor ready. (the pre drilled holes are missing) that and the b pillar are throwing me off.....

Now everything makes sense......Amazing work...I wonder what method they used to fill the holes for the armor.
The armor holes are still present, I don’t see them covered over…and why? They look correct for the model truck, there are several ways to utilize the holes or even cover them the keep the truck look looking authentic .
REV A and REV B were fully armored FRAG 5 trucks.
