I may still be able to make the rally. I'm sure I can still drive the deuce, but I need my left hand working enough to set the park brake.

Use tour foot, should be able to get a little grip on it with the door open to pull it up with the heel.

It the same time, do not push it! Need time to heal and aggrevating something like this would not be good!!
1-2 months is ALOT better than 6-9 and more surgery!!!

Yes that is always an option. I thought I would ask just in case someone is heading this way. Trailboss is going up there this week to recover a trailer so he might bring them closer. He might be able to bring them to the rally with him.

Based on that, I will pull out of here the 17th.

i dont live to far from where i55 and i 12 cross... l12 comes across slidell to baton rouge.. a by pass for i10 i can send you real good directions as im only 2 turns from the interstate

I did that to my iPhone a couple months ago. Did the walk down the interstate find it. It survived, I like to think it was the lifeproof case.
