I wrote up about my installation on my Blog here:

And here's the thread for it before I turned it into my blog:

Not that this is the Chaplain's Corner, but the LORD sure did answer my prayers on figuring out where to put them that would be best and best for my future plans with the truck.

It is by far my absolute, and most favorite upgrade to the truck, and they're in the exact right place for me! They don't obstruct my vision, nor get in the way in the cab and they blow right on my face, which is what I like! :)

mounted to shelf

I found a board on the rig, painted it with a can of Walmart Bedliner. Cut it to fit as a shelf, it rests on the lip where the cab and the roof meet. I mounted my fan all the way to the left (driver) corner up under the board. While I was at it decided to add a stereo and some speakers. Just a "bundle deal" from Walmart Online, came with 4 speakers. Actually very loud and clear... another topic :) I still need to wire loom the wires. I'm waiting on a backup camera system to come in and when that's installed, I'll dress up all the wires.
