I posted this thread a while back and never got a definitive answer.
Fortunately, during the local 4th of July parade, I was staged next to the local VFW while we were waiting for the parade to start.
All of the guys in the VFW were lovi g in the truck and I was talking about it and one of the members told me he was an inspector for the various motor pools on the bases he was stationed. I asked him the same questions I asked in the thread linked and he told me the problem may be related.. that in our 3 way switches are two breakers that when tripped, will not automatically reset and that could be leading to my issues.
It's pouring rain right now, so I'm not messing with it, bit as soon as it clears a little, I'm going to go pull it and check.
Has anyone else seen or heard about these breakers? This is my first time.
