4l80e reverse light

Hi there i have a hmmwv with a 6.5 engine and a 4l80e trans. Is there a wire connection or a reverse light switch on this tranny. Looking to hook up reverse lights the proper way. Thank you.

Reverse light controls for regular trucks are part of the shift linkage on the truck. Not the transmission. That means to me that there is a switch with a bracket out there for you that will bolt up.

Switch gets added to the 4 spd shifter...normally they don't have a switch.
