Looking for some examples of light bar examples on m51's, m817s and similar series. I know I want more lighting, just want it to function well and also look good.

Route clearance light kits have more light than you can shake a stick at. Floods, spots and trapezoids are in the kit. Function over form though, they are not very attractive.

SandBar , I have been collecting lighting pictures for a while. The Eyecon 360 lights are pretty neat. All of these pictures are from somebody else here on the site. Gathering was so I could figure out what I wanted to do for lighting... Maybe something useful can be found here:

Got a few more pictures...

Wrecker Lights.jpg

Just so you know... The lighting on the wrecker above is the same as on the 5-Ton in the picture above.
A couple on the boom, a couple on the back of the rig, a couple over the bogies.

Enjoy the ideas - and be sure to post some pictures when you get your install completed!

Whelen Pioneers were out there too. While not exactly a light bar, they really are quite a light as is reflected in their price. I've been holding on to one pair.

Fantastic info, thanks all. I also found an nice green and inexpensive 8 circuit light controller system to run it all.
