They make a bit to cut tapers with if someone wanted to. Or just a carbide bit and die grinder
yes sir, iv got a countersink bit for 3/8"-3/4" hole, and the bit for the rim/nut would be about $75-100. I'll probably put them up for sale first, then go from there.
