5ton data plates..

Ok here is what I need... Primer pressure, cold weather starting, ignition, transmission/transfer case, 'caution after starting and before stopping engine run at less than 1000 rpm for 5min', fuel left right on dash, and battery....Does anyone have these or know where I can get them all together. I've already tried looking but only a few here and there... Need them asap!

rod has a few of them I think but not all. I have been looking for new ones for some of mine(the ones he didnt have)

dont have m818 plates... any other ideas... I've called everywhere in my books anyways :-/!
