First off I havent been on here in a while. Miss this site, but between work and loosing motivation on the CuCv. Almost gave up on the cucv. Couldnt get it started, still cant. tryed alot of things still didnt fix it. Would crank but not turn over dont get the glow plug warm up light. blah blah.

Well i ran into a guy selling a civy gmc 6.2 the block is cracked, and tranny shot. but it starts.. So here is my question. Is it ok to take out all harnesses, and etc. wiring pieces used in the starting of the civy and transfer it into the 1028. anything i have to look out for other then the starter? hope to get back in the green machine really miss it and of course this year it finally snows in the amount that is worth playing in And im still out of commision.

Thanks for your time. hope to be on here more.
