8.3. A good engine. 505 cid, a bosch inline pump of some type...A or P, or a nipondenso inline pump, tough engine.

The cummins 6cta-8.3 is a solid engine. It's the big brother to the venerable 6bt found in dodge trucks. My 6ct, from a civvy application, even has a p7100 pump, giving me many options with the IP for additional power.
