Today I did a parade and the coolant temperature was up to 210 most of the day the truck always stayed at 180 even in much hotter temps. I need to do another parade monday and would like to get this fixed before I take it out again.

Is your coolant system full. Is your fan coming on when it gets hot. Is your temp sender working right ?

I just replaced my temp sender after some trouble shooting and its working great.

Here's the part number for the thermostat:

NSN 6685011410907 part # 201737
