A few years ago when the 939s just started to show up on GL, there was a answer to a question that was asked about what 939 models were in the series, one of these models was a 819 939 that had the build specs and line drawing but never built, just like the m815 which was never built in the 939 series either.
I have tried to search for that thread, question, ect., does any body remember what m number of the 819 in the 939 series was, or how to find out.

I have a dataplate for one, but I don't think they were ever built.

CB is correct. I'd had liked to see/own/operate one.

I believe all wreckers have front winches. I may be wrong, but I can't remember seeing one without a winch.
