EUCs...on 900 series??

Just got a notice from GovPlanet saying that a whole bunch of M923s we purchased at work 2 years ago have now had their Demil code changed from A to B/Q, and as such we're supposed to submit EUCs for all of them. 2 years after the fact. Anyone else affected by this...Monty Python skit? Or know why anyone in their right mind would slap an EUC requirement on a cargo truck - especially retroactively?

Whoever up the DRMS ladder responsible for this stuff needs to be FIRED. And preferably FIRED again. Out of a clown cannon. Aimed at a pile of moose manure.

My one notice said that it only applied to trucks that were still on the lots. Then I got another that email I believe that said even if I had already taken possession of the trucks I had to fill out an EUC but I can't seem for the life of me to be able to find that email. I must really have been dreaming and it ended up in my spam folder for me to just mass delete it.
