939 series cab weight?

Anyone know what the cab weighs without anything in it? Just the empty hull of the cab. No doors, seats, dash, heater, nada.

Are you talking about the complete cab tub with hard top, doors and windshield? I would WAG that at around a ton to ton and a half. Just the cab tub would be a lot less than that.

Just the empty hull of the cab. I'll probably remove the windshield frame as well. I'm just going to scrap the spare cab I have since I've had zero interest in it.

A stripped deuce cab tub can be picked up by four guys and loaded on a trailer (been there, done that). Prob around 5-600 pounds for a 900 series.

Andy are the rocker panels good? Would you be interested in cutting them out? I have a little rot on both sides up near where the fenders come in. I could sheetmetal it but that migh be easier. Probably not worth the effort, but figured I would ask.

These are the perfect cabs for a deuce crew cab conversion. The width of the front of the cab is super close to the width of the rear of a deuce cab. Doing a crew cab this way would make a much roomier back seat.

No offense, but it wouldn't be worth the effort to me. I do have a pair of the small fenders if you need those though.
