The people who put that 2nd video together are definitely making stuff up.
The first few pics are of NORAD's facility here in the Springs, inside Cheyenne Mountain. I can see the mountain about 3 miles away, from my kitchen window. The facility sits on the soutwest corner of our fair city here.
No secrets. Its been there with its 25 ton blast doors since 1958. The local comcast cable channel often plays a video of the insides of it and talking with the people in
charge there.
