I never saw it out there. I dropped the trailer Thrus and came back into town. It had been out there on it's own with roaming dogs, drunks, stoners, meth heads, etc for four days...

Seems high unless someone got in there to do an inspection on it. It's tagged as "does not run" and the listing seems to back that up.

I recall one sold here in Texas a few years back (may have been Bantha) went for $30K as a runner on eBay.

But people do get stupid with auctions, so you never know.

Still, if it's a dead C7 or a fried trans it's worth the starting $4k.

For some reason i feel this thing is a runner ! and i almost bet they drove it from FT Cambell to this salvage yard at hopkinsville ky not far away ! And has 448 active watchers ! I bet the bids are 25 right now before it opens

Why is that?
long standing rule.... IMHO it is in a small way to protect vendors who pay for advertising in here. Their cost go up if many hobbyist purchase / drive up the price of the very items they want to buy at low cost.... renew and re-sell for profits to put son Tommy thru college.

PS- not debating merits..... not saying I agree/disagree with the rule either. This forum is NOT a place to argue the rule either.

It could be construed as collusion and lead to prosecution of those involved and liability to the site owners.
Okay. I get it.

I miss read the post, I though it said "bids you made" not "bids you may make", getting old, my bad!

As of now just a couple minutes let to go!
