Turn on the lights. Turn signal control on steering wheel lights up. The under hood blinker control can be hear blinking.

No turn signals front or back, left or right.

Any ideas?

Turn signal control module u/s. Recommend removing turn signal assembly from steering column, open up and clean/lube contact surfaces and re-mount. Replace turn signal module located under hood. I hear that high resistance due to corroded contacts in turn signal assembly causes the under hood module to fail.
There is a post on how to r&r the blinker control assembly.
