Adapter for 4l80e & NP242 transfer case

I've got a 4180e and a NP242 I'm trying to mate up to a 6.5. I got them separate, and I think I'm missing an adapter between the 4180e and NP242 transfer case, correct? I saw some 6 bolt adapters on ebay but I'm trying to verify exactly what i need.

Anybody have a part number or description of the adapter I need?
