Adjusting the idle speed on M1008 6.2L Diesel

Anyone know how to adjust the idle speed on the 6.2 engine? Diagram would also help. Truck has been idling slow for quite a while and changing the fuel pump did not fix that problem. It did fix the issue of air in the fuel line casing hard starting after 24 hours of sitting.

There is a screw adjustment on the driver's side of the injection pump, right down by throttle shaft. You will also see the fast idle solenoid acting on that bellcrank.
