Apparently you must be unaware of this, the “bots” send you directed advertisements based on your search history.

I assure you that not the case here. I got camping ads and I haven’t camped in 20 years and I’m not a woman and I get stuff for that. The site finds their own advertising offensive. I’m done here. Seems like nobody cares

1. Those are google ads.
2. I only have slight control of them. (Block entire categories, which I've certainly blocked things like gambling and dating ads)
3. Google targets their ads based on a number of user factors.
4. You've spoke with me in the past, but have never messaged me the first time over this. If you'd like to talk, you know how to message me.
5. I absolutely do care about this site. This is my first understanding of there being an issue, yet you've flown off the handle as you have proven to do. I'm unpacking my son at college, but I'll be looking at the Google ads more when I get home to a computer.

For what it's worth...

I've increased the blocking to include the following:

Cosmetic procedures and body modification
References to sex
Religion
Significant skin exposure
Video games
Weight loss

Previously blocked included:
Alcohol
Gambling & betting
Sensationalism
Casinos
Reproductive health
Politics
Get rich quick
Drugs and supplements
Downloadables
Dating
Astrology

I also went through over 1500 advertisements by hand and blocked 347 of them. My criteria for blocking included anything that fit in the top sections I added. Anything not in English. And honestly things I view as being clickbait/scammy.
